Customer demand
The technician communicates with the customer to understand the situation on site. Mobile communication between the master station and the slave station with 200 meters of fixed track of two steel mills, transmitting video and data. There is a metal factory door frame in the middle. There is a square gap of 2.5 meters on the fixed track, which is easy to move back and forth from the two workshops on the fixed track. The client wants to transfer data between the master server (fixed) and the slave station (mobile terminal), requiring that the transmission cannot be interrupted and that the image and data terminal transfer be smooth.
The wireless transmission scheme is introduced
The steel mill workshop has two fixed tracks, one is point to point horizontal transmission. After the planning of our technical staff, we decide to adopt the fixed track CV5200 wireless network bridge, which is independently developed and produced by the remote image transmission manufacturer. The main station adopts directional antenna, which transmits from the station with the omnidirectional antenna of the mobile terminal. There is a metal door frame in the middle of the track, and the main station adopts 19DB large-angle directional antenna to receive and transmit signals. Install the antenna vertically.
The other is a one-to-two horizontal to air transmission mode, three CV5200 all wireless networks adopt the whole antenna horizontal installation, in order to increase the transmission and receiving angles, to meet the transmission requirements.
Project effect
It was learned later that the whole wireless transmission project ran well and achieved the expected effect of customers, and the signal transmission of wireless bridge equipment was stable. Follow-up technical personnel help waterproof the interface of the device to ensure the service life of the device.

Project background
The reservoir is cut off from the river, with a total capacity of 18.5 million cubic meters and an irrigated area of 77.4 hectares. Reservoir plays an important role in flood control and disaster reduction and water environment protection. Therefore, in order to manage the reservoir scientifically, safely and automatically, the reservoir management department needs to install a complete video surveillance system for the reservoir.
Project requirement
Due to the large reservoir area and complex terrain, it is difficult to realize manual monitoring and management. The front end monitoring point of the reservoir is far away from the monitoring center, the location is scattered, and the original environment is not damaged. The construction of traditional network wiring is inconvenient and the cost is high. Scheme design
Our company's technical personnel and the owner negotiate to determine the site monitoring point map. There are 20 monitoring points in the site, all of which adopt HD spherical cameras, which can reach 360 °, so that the site situation of the whole reservoir can be seen.
