15km ultra-long-distance WiFi image transmission module provides communication support for large-scale conference/Marine monitoring. This project is a large-scale conference site, where the environment is severely blocked and the wireless transmission environment is complex. The 15km ultra-long-distance WiFi image transmission module needs to transmit the images of the entrances and exits of the conference site to the large screen of the monitoring center, providing a comprehensive and three-dimensional security guarantee for the conference.
Project technical requirements
1. Support AD hoc networking, no less than 500 meters in the case of blocking
2. Support 4G transmission
3, support local viewing, support external large screen
4. Each point needs to transmit HD images and thermal images simultaneously
At the beginning of the design, considering the interference and blocking in the process of wireless transmission, low-frequency AD haet technology is adopted to flexibly configure the frequency, so that the device can still ensure normal communication in the face of changeable, complex and flexible environment. After the startup of the 15km ultra-long-distance WiFi image transmission module, it can quickly search nearby nodes. Network is automatically established without network planning and configuration in advance. The front end is co-designed with the customer to integrate the transmission module into the camera and customize the integration software to match high-definition images to thermal imaging images. The back-end uses highly integrated receiver box and built-in industrial computer, which provides convenience for equipment debugging.
Delivery and customer feedback
In order to better cooperate with customers to use this product, the company specially sent technical personnel to the conference site to explain the product to customers, to provide wireless transmission technical support for the conference. Delivery results: The transmission effect of the project is stable. The monitoring center of the 15km ultra-long-distance WiFi image transmission module can grasp the entrances and exits of the conference site in real time through the wireless transmission equipment. The client was very satisfied with the overall effect and the meeting ended successfully.
The remote wireless transmission of 15km ultra-long-distance WiFi image transmission module helps the Marine monitoring of the motherland. Marine environmental monitoring has become a part of ecological environmental monitoring. People pay more and more attention to Marine environmental protection and resource exploitation. In recent years, the state has invested heavily in ocean exploration and monitoring. At the same time, monitoring and protection means need to rely on the power of Marine communication equipment and electronic technology, further expand the demand for Marine electronic technology products, the function of the product is changing with each day.
A Marine monitoring station in China needs to monitor the environment of a certain sea area 15 kilometers offshore. Real-time images can be transmitted through wireless transmission to monitor the Marine environment and transmit various collected data. Due to the large sea waves, the monitoring control point is not a fixed offshore platform, but will move and rotate temporarily. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the stability of image and data transmission without interruption. In order to solve the problem of signal transmission affected by ship shaking, the 15km ultra-long distance WiFi image transmission module uses high-power and high-performance wireless transmission, and adopts the "one-to-three" method to test the high-gain antenna, which not only overcomes the problem of "point-to-point" line breaking due to movement and rotation, but also avoids the problem of "round-to-circle" bandwidth shortage due to long distance. Enables monitoring equipment to maintain contact with wireless transmission equipment on the far shore from the rocking hull, and has enough bandwidth for images and other data to be transmitted back.
The wireless transmission equipment on the ship is equipped with three 120° sector antennas by two one-minute and three-power transmitters to cover 360°. The test shows that the wireless transmission equipment is well connected when the ships reach the monitoring area 15 kilometers offshore, and can return monitoring pictures and other data collection in real time. The total bandwidth of the Ixchariot software can reach more than 100mbps. Fully meet customer needs. When the ship sailed 15 kilometers out to sea, the cell phones had no 4G signal to communicate directly with people on shore. At this time, the personnel on shore will connect the back-end device to the Internet, and the personnel on board will connect the front-end wireless transmission of the 15km ultra-long-distance WiFi image transmission module to the router, and set up wifi and mobile phone sharing. When the hull is shaking and rotating, the image is clear and smooth without interruption, and a solid and stable wireless link is successfully built.
