The 8km wireless communication module video monitors wireless transmission in a fish farm/nature reserve, located in an abalone farm in Guangdong Province. In order to strengthen the anti-theft performance of the breeding area, real-time monitoring of the situation of the breeding area and improve management efficiency, the farmer decided to install a video surveillance system in the abalone farm. Considering that the farm is located in the sea, far offshore, it is not convenient to pull the wire layout, decided to use the wireless communication module of 8 km remote wireless video monitoring system. In the construction project of remote wireless video surveillance system, the wireless communication module is mainly used as the technical support for equipment suppliers and system construction.
The following is a detailed introduction of the remote wireless video surveillance system:
I. Matters needing attention in the initial design:
Due to the special location of abalone farm and the equipment stability of remote wireless video monitoring system, the following aspects must be considered in the initial design of monitoring scheme:
1, the convenience of the monitoring system, the system must have two aspects of local monitoring room and remote monitoring, in addition to the monitoring screen in the monitoring room, but also through the computer or mobile phone network for real-time remote monitoring.
2. Monitoring objects mainly include two aspects: one is 24-hour real-time monitoring of farms, and the other is tracking monitoring of farms.
3. The scalability of the monitoring system. According to the user, the farm can be expanded in the later period, so the scalability of the monitoring system must be considered in the early stage of system construction. The current equipment used in the 8km wireless communication module system is an expandable high-end product, and the transmission path is also the main link with a large enough bandwidth to facilitate the addition of equipment at any time in the future.
Ii. Site situation
1. Location distribution of abalone farms
The remote wireless video monitoring system has three main points: fishing boat monitoring point, relay point, farm monitoring center point.
2. Layout diagram of spot location
Line description:
The red line represents the gigabit bandwidth transmission device, with bandwidth up to 220Mbps
The blue line is a high-bandwidth digital wireless transmission device with an average bandwidth of 120mbps to 160mbps and a delay of less than 10ms
3. Layout description of monitoring points
The field monitoring and command center is located at the farmer's home. Marine video signals are blocked by coastal buildings and cannot be directly transmitted to the destination, so relay transmission needs to be relayed.
4. Specific implementation plan design
In the whole scheme, the customer's requirements are fully reflected:
1. The situation of the Marine culture area can be seen at home or anywhere with Internet through the video collection of the front camera.
2. The audio information of the monitoring room is transmitted wirelessly to the sea through the 8km wireless communication module, so that the staff in the front-end breeding area can command remotely from home.
3. Since there is no electricity at sea, the scenic complementary power supply system is adopted to provide stable power supply service for the equipment, which greatly saves the cost of offshore power generation.
4. In order to ensure the stability and later scalability of audio and video transmission, we use high-bandwidth digital wireless transmission as the main transmission network, with the main transmission bandwidth up to 220mbps. This data refers to the actual engineering measurement data, not the theoretical data value.
5. In this scenario, the camera uses a 2 megapixel HD Pin-top camera. Because the cameras are at sea, the demands on the cameras will be higher. Here, we use ultra low illumination dual lights outdoor network HD variable speed gimbal camera. Since there is no good reflector at night at sea, the video rendering effect is not up to the high standard, so the front camera is equipped with two 20W incandescent lamps, which effectively improves the night video acquisition effect.
In the monitoring center, 2 high-definition digital hard disk video recorder can save the camera picture in real time, remote viewing and forwarding. Power supply must be in place at all monitoring sites, and special attention must be paid to lightning protection at each site. Digital hard disk video recorder FullHD/1080P or 4K/6MP/3MP and other high-definition network video access, browsing, video storage or playback, providing 24 channels. Equipped with a gigabit network adapter, it supports 24 channels of 1080P HD video forwarding, which is convenient for users to browse and play videos remotely on the Internet. Easy disk removal, multiple positions of replaceable 3.5-inch data disks, support 4 TB large capacity SATA data storage disks.
White Sea dolphin Nature Reserve 8km wireless communication module wireless mobile video surveillance case, China's white dolphin is a key Marine mammal protection, known as the "sea giant panda", according to statistics, there are about 1000 Chinese white dolphins living in the Pearl River estuary, mainly distributed in the Pearl River estuary and Xiamen sea. In October 1999, the Guangdong provincial government set up a nature reserve for Chinese white Dolphins in the Pearl River Estuary, covering an area of about 460 square kilometers from Lingding Island to Niutou Island. In June 2003, the reserve was elevated to a national nature reserve. The Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Marine Fisheries has invested millions to investigate the resources and distribution of white dolphins in China. Years of investigation and investigation yielded more than 20,000 site photographs that provided basic information on changes and zoning of the reserve.
The establishment of the reserve not only saved the endangered white dolphin population, but also protected the diversity of natural ecological life in the reserve area, and provided a guarantee for sustainable economic development. In order to further study and understand the living habits and areas of China's white dolphins and strengthen the protection of the dolphins, authorities plan to set up a convenient and effective wireless video surveillance system in the nature reserve.
As the project requires tracking and photographing Chinese white dolphins through ship patrols, mobile video transmission equipment can only be relied on to monitor and record the area in real time. In the surveillance project of China White Dolphin Nature Reserve, the 8km wireless communication module manufacturer is mainly responsible for the supplier and technical guidance of wireless video surveillance system.
The following is a brief introduction of the wireless video surveillance system:
1. Project location: Pearl River White Dolphin Reserve
2. Monitor the transmission point diagram
Two survey vessels were dispatched from Point C harbour to patrol the waters within the protected area. The monitoring image will be sent to the artificial island of Point A via COFDM mobile wireless video transmission device 6200data-TX(transmitter) to 6200data-RX (receiver); After data integration through the switch, the signal is transmitted wirelessly through the remote wireless network bridge ST5023PRO-TX(transmitter) on the artificial island at point A, and then transmitted back to the monitoring center of the National Protection Administration at Point B, 10 kilometers away.
3. Scene pictures
Point A: The equipment includes a high-definition gimbal camera, two 8km wireless communication modules, and two 4.6m all-FRP antennas.
Point B: The monitoring center of the Conservancy Authority including the receiving end of the equipment.
Point C: The port wharf of the protected area is the mobile video sending end. Ships need to go out. Points are not fixed. A gimbal camera, a mobile video transmitter and a 2m omnidirectional fiberglass antenna were placed on each vessel.
4. Actual measurement:
The wireless communication module from the artificial island of point A to the monitoring center of the Conservation Area Administration has a communication distance of 15km, transmission bandwidth of 48megabits to 56mbps, signal strength of -60dbm to -90dbm, and no packet loss.
